How does an OFFER work?

Some Sellers will list their tickets for you to make them an Offer. By making an Offer, you can negotiate your own ticket price on Seat Exchange:
  1. Find your tickets and make an Offer for the Price you want to pay.
  2. The Seller can Accept, Decline or Counter your Offer
  3. You will receive a response to your first offer within 24 hours. If the Seller counters your offer, you will need to respond within 1 hour.
  4. If your offer is not accepted, you can still re-submit a higher offer.
