Buyer's Guide

Buying tickets on Seat Exchange is safe, secure and guaranteed:

1. SEARCH

Locate your event directly on Seat Exchange by clicking the link on the homepage, search the category for your event by clicking SPORT, CONCERTS, THEATRE or EXCLUSIVE, or search for tickets using the Quick Search tool. You can search by event, category, venue, date range and/or day of the week.

2. SELECT

Once you’ve found the exact tickets you are looking for, click BUY. If you have not already signed in, you’ll be asked to sign in to your account at this stage, or if you don’t have an account yet, you can register now. You will then be re-directed back to continue your purchase.

3. CONFIRM

To complete your purchase, you will be asked to enter your delivery address, credit/debit card details, and billing address. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards and Maestro and Visa Electron debit cards. Once these details are confirmed, you will be presented with a final summary of the transaction, including Buyer Fees, Delivery Fees and any applicable VAT on fees. If you’re happy with the purchase/offer, click SUBMIT and we’ll contact the seller to confirm the order.

4. RECEIVE

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you an email with full details of the transaction and details of how you will receive your tickets from the Seller - usually Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK, and FedEx International Priority outside the UK.
