Every Seat Exchange transaction is 100% guaranteed. In addition to making your purchase or sale safe, secure and guaranteed, we also provide users with a dedicated customer service team, available 7 days a week, to answer any questions you may have.

1. Buyer Guarantee

After you receive your Purchase Confirmation Email from us, we guarantee you will receive the tickets you purchased. If for any unforeseen reason the tickets you selected are not available, Seat Exchange will try our utmost to substitute comparable or better tickets for the event. In the unlikely circumstances that we cannot find substitute tickets, we guarantee to refund all your money.

2. Refund Policy

If an event is postponed, rescheduled or abandoned please contact the event organiser to confirm the policy for each individual event. When an event is postponed for any reason, tickets are usually accepted for the rescheduled event. If you have any questions, please contact our dedicated customer service team at customerservice@seatexchange.co.uk for assistance.

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, your transaction will be reviewed on a case by case basis. In the event of a cancellation, we will do everything we can to resolve your situation. If you would like to be considered for a refund, you must return the original tickets to us so that we receive them within 10 working days from the announcement of the event cancellation.

If you are entitled to a refund, this will be issued against the same credit/debit card we originally charged for your purchase, or sent to you by cheque. Refunds to your credit/debit card will appear on your statement in accordance with the policy of your credit card issuer / bank.

3. Seller Guarantee

After you receive your Seller Confirmation Email from us, we guarantee you will receive the necessary address and delivery details to send your tickets to the Buyer. We also guarantee to protect your personal data and ensure it is not shared with the Buyer. Finally, we guarantee to pay you 7-10 days after your tickets have been delivered to the Buyer, provided you have sent the correct tickets in time for the event.
