First Time Seller?

If this is your first time using Seat Exchange, you can browse events you want to sell tickets for using our search tool, without signing in.

Having found your event, click "Sell Tickets" to begin the listing process. Remember, you will only be charged if your tickets sell - there is no listing fee on Seat Exchange.

To list tickets with Seat Exchange, you'll need to create an account, at which point we will ask for your credit card details to confirm your identity. This protects both Buyers and Sellers from fraudulent transactions, and your card will not be charged.

Listing a ticket with Seat Exchange is fast, safe and guaranteed. Remember, by listing a ticket you are committed to a fixed price sale. In the rare circumstance where a Seller does not honour a Buyer's purchase, the Seller's credit card will be charged for the replacement value of tickets. Sale Methods

Fixed Price - you set the selling price per ticket. If someone buys your ticket at the fixed price, you are obligated to sell. You may also choose to accept offers on this fixed price. If you receive an offer, you have the option to Accept, Reject, or Counter.

Accept Offers - list your ticket without setting a price. You can choose to Accept, Reject or Counter any offers you receive. You are not committed to the sale until you Accept an Offer or Counter-Offer.

How Does an OFFER Work?

You can choose to accept offers for your tickets, in addition to or instead of setting a fixed price.

1. Select Accept Offers when listing your tickets.

2. Accept, Reject or Counter offers you receive for your tickets.

3. You must respond to initial offers within 24 hours. If a Buyer submits a further Counter-Offer, you need respond to this within 1 hour.

4. You are committed to the sale if you Accept an Offer, or by submitting a Counter-Offer. The sale for a Counter-Offer, however, is only completed if the Buyer accepts your Counter-Offer.

5. When the sale is confirmed, send your tickets, enter the tracking number and get paid.
